The legend of the German Shepherd and the Fair Girls

This is one [of a series of large poster illustrations] I did for a storytelling campaign of
Flemish folklore. In this particular image the mythical magic shepherd meets a group of girls
trotting off to the local fair ['kermis']. Each girl reacts differently meeting this unexpected
by-passer. Some react with shock, one with ignorance, another with disdain and one with respect..
